What data we collect

  • Email address – when you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Contact details – name, email, phone and message you send us by phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email.
  • Technical data – cookies, IP address and log data collected automatically when you visit the site.

How we use it and on what basis

  • Newsletter – to send you news, recipes and offers. Basis: your consent (confirmed by email).
  • Replying to enquiries – to answer your message. Basis: your request.
  • Site maintenance and security. Basis: legitimate interest.

Who has access

We do not sell your data. It may be processed on our behalf by trusted providers: our hosting provider and an email delivery service. If you contact us through a social platform (e.g. Facebook/Instagram), their privacy policies also apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above – for example while you are subscribed, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia.

Cookies

We use cookies for the normal operation of the site and to improve your experience. You can manage your consent through the cookie banner. Your choice itself is kept in a pj_consent cookie lasting 6 months.

Visit analytics (Google Analytics 4)

To understand how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, we use Google Analytics 4. It loads only if you accept the Analytics category in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and your visit is not counted.

  • Cookies: _ga and _ga_5QZ3QQ00CE, lasting up to 2 years. They hold a random identifier, not your name, email or phone number.
  • What is collected: the pages you visit, your device and browser, where the visit came from and an approximate location. The IP address is used only to determine the country and city and is not stored in the reports.
  • Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, processing the data on our behalf.
  • Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time from the cookie settings.
  • Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months.
